I have been asked to create my own film institution for my trailer. I have decided to call my film institution "Future Film". This name is simple and easy to remember which will be beneficial to the company. The company is new and very forward thinking which relates to the name.The name is very relevant to film and relevant to the trailer I am making which is a new teen drama.

I have been asked to create a logo for my film institution. I chose to make a simple design so that it looks professional and clean looking.

I chose the colour red for part of the lettering because it is overall gender neutral and has a good contrast against the black lettering. This simple design helps it be remembered.

Pitch presentation and feedback

I was asked to create a pitch presentation to show my brief, initial ideas, inspirational texts, target audience. I got people in my class to give feedback on my presentation, this was particularly useful because the people in my class fit into my target audience. This feedback can then help me develop my ideas and construct my product.

Film poster deconstructions

From deconstructing these three film posters I have gained the extra knowledge on what to include on my film poster when I create it. These film posters have influenced me and inspired me to in my design work for my own poster as I can replicate some of the conventions and styles that these posters have used.
